As the founder and head of Global Vision Marketing & Communications, Karen Garnik brings forth an innovative mindset and a deep passion for shaping brand stories. She started her communications journey over 30 years ago, learning from—and quickly contributing to—Puerto Rico’s vibrant business landscape. Karen’s leadership style is equal parts visionary and hands-on; she believes in genuine collaboration, open communication, and continuous exploration of new trends and technologies.

Beyond her professional achievements, Karen is proud of her Puerto Rican roots, often highlighting the island’s rich cultural tapestry to infuse each campaign with authenticity. When she’s not busy championing her clients’ success, you can find her mentoring up-and-coming communications talent and advocating for local entrepreneurship.
